Welcome to my space of hope and transformation. My personal vision is to fight for myself, and my mission is to extend that fight to others, helping you define the life you aspire to live. I believe in the inherent goodness of people, and I understand that sometimes we can feel lost. Together, we will embark on a journey of and change, where I will provide guidance and support, encouraging you to embrace new possibilities. Remember, as Joseph Campbell said, “We must be willing to let go of the life we planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.” Let's take that step together.

I am very passionate about helping and empowering others that are willing to surrender themselves and be open to change. During sessions I will always be open and upfront, I do often assign therapy assignments that I see would best help you improve in your current skills that you are working on developing

I utilize the skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy:
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a counseling treatment approach that emphasizes the development of four skill sets: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. It is designed to help adults/adolescents who struggle with regulating their emotional responses and often act on impulsive behaviors.

DBT was initially designed to treat people with suicidal behavior and borderline personality disorder. But it has been adapted for other mental health problems that threaten a person's safety, relationships, work, and emotional well-being.

-Cognitive behavioral therapy: This is a certain type of psychotherapy that teaches you how to recognize and change thought patterns and behaviors that trigger your mental illness.
